Teaser! DUSK AND DAWN
It's almost done! Two out of three chapters from Dusk and Dawn, my first manga novel, inspired from my role playing characters (and stories) in World of Warcraft - Bellflower, Theano, Jaimee, Reed, Avil, and so on...-are sketched and inked. Just have to add tones and speach bubbles.
For me, it's so much fun anticipating their reactions after building their character. But even though I spread their arc on three chapters so far, they still remain side characters and their story will meet up Bellflower's (who is the main character) and the rest's in a much bigger plot.
These three chapters follow the jurney of Theano, a young priest from a noble family who is trying to get to Booty Bay, the infamous pirate cove on the savage shores of Stranglethorn Vale. As we all know, a cloth-wearing-squishy-spell-based and rookie adventurer is faced with many dangers on the road, therefore the witty Theano hires none other than Stormwind's favorite scoundrel: Reed Fastblade to escort her to safety to thy said location.
His mastering of dead silent attacks, his shady connections with merchants from the black market and also...his notorious skills of evading arrest for so many years makes him the best candidate on Theano's list.
Now...how will this wellbred lady mange to get along with a womanizer crook for the sake of accomplishing her goals?

The main reason for starting with these two is...well...I was drawing Bellflower's story and Theano's pretty much at the same time...aand..I happen to finish Theano's first...
